Job summary

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Junior Recruiter on a 6-month temporary basis on our People & Culture team. The role is remote and can be based across Western Canada, with travel approximately 25% to career events across Canada.

You will lead recruitment for CRS positions, build sourcing plans, conduct interviews, prepare offer letters, and assist with salary recommendations and post-hire inquiries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience providing support in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for positions across the CRS; create sourcing plans and lead interviews.
• Create equitable salary recommendations leveraging job profiles, internal salary structure, collective bargaining agreements, and the labour market.
• Collaborate with team leaders to create and distribute extension letters.
• Travel ~25% to career events across Canada.
