Dynata is seeking a Member Success Representative for an Italian-speaking role available fully remotely in Canada. The candidate will help panelists with surveys, communicate clearly, and maintain high-quality service standards across channels.

Fluency in Italian and English, strong communication, and prior customer service experience are essential. The role focuses on problem solving, timely resolution, and building strong relationships with members while meeting team KPIs and collaborating

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English at an advanced level.
• Must read, write and speak Italian fluently (Expert/native).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• At least 2 years in a customer service role interacting with consumers.
• Experience in online support via ticketing/emailing systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proven organizational skills, time management and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proactive, motivated and flexible team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Foster collaboration and cross-functional cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with other support staff involved in resolution to conclude the ticket satisfactorily.
• Achieve or exceed required team KPI goals.
• Support team lead/managers with admin tasks as needed.
• Coordinate escalations and ensure urgent issues are communicated promptly.
• Help ensure the fulfilment of service requirements set for the role.
