Job summary

Signal Corps Regimental Association is seeking an IT Agile Project Manager to drive end-to-end Agile software delivery in a remote Canada-based environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage sprint ceremonies, and own Jira dashboards and BI reporting to provide clear visibility to executives.

You will synthesize complex project data into concise reports, work with BI tools like Power BI/Tableau, and ensure alignment with business goals while managing risks and dependencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT project management with strong Agile delivery.
• Expert Jira, Confluence, and BI reporting experience.
• Experience leading remote Agile SaaS teams.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Agile software projects using Scrum/SAFe/hybrid.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (product, engineering, QA, UX).
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews).
• Maintain Jira dashboards/workflows reflecting sprint progress and backlog health.
• Develop advanced Jira reports for sprint tracking, release planning, capacity, cycle time, throughput.
