Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to support industrial construction projects across the Central region, with travel to Northern US and Canada. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management for real estate industrial construction; 5 years preferred.
• Experience with industrial real estate projects including MEP and HVAC with strong safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multi-asset facility projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety standards on client sites.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, cost estimates and value engineering opportunities.
• Support construction and renovation projects, ensuring staff adherence to safety requirements and procedures.
• Prepare scope of work, cost estimates, budgets, and work plans; identify resources and bid analysis.
• Build relationships with clients to align delivery with expectations and promote improvements.
