Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Toronto, Canada, is seeking a Project Manager in Real Estate to join our global team. You will support onboarding, design and construction processes, procurement, and reporting to drive project success across clients in real estate and infrastructure.

The role requires 5+ years as an Assistant Project Manager or equivalent, a degree in Engineering/Architecture, and willingness to pursue CAPM, PMP, or P.Eng. Bilingual English-French is an asset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager coordinating projects and assisting construction projects of increasing complexity.
• A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture or a relevant subject.
• Willingness to work toward CAPM, PMP or P.Eng.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & MS Project or P6.
• Bilingual English and French is an asset or may be a requirement.

Job Description

The base salary range for this full-time role is $60,000 - $85,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
