O2E Brands Inc. is hiring a Afternoon/Evening Inbound Sales Agent to work remotely from Alberta. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the process of scheduling junk removal and answering questions about services and pricing.

The role offers a late shift option for night owls, requires a 3-week remote training, and eventual integration into a team with a Lead for ongoing development. Training aligns with Alberta time, and a reliable home setup is expected.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in Canada and reside in Alberta.
• Available for the 3 weeks remote training.
• Able to work 1 PM–3 AM ABT after training.
• Strong communication skills and 25 wpm typing.
• Quiet home workspace with reliable internet and min 8GB RAM.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and provide a world-class experience.
• Explain services and pricing to convert inquiries to bookings.
• Support customers in deciding on service options and scheduling.
• Coordinate with truck team for item pickups.
