Job summary

WoodPlank is seeking an experienced inbound sales representative to sell premium wood paneling, siding, and related building materials to contractors, designers, homeowners, and trades in Canada. This role emphasizes handling inquiries, communicating value, and closing deals in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You’ll maintain CRM records, meet sales targets, collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment, and deliver exceptional service from first contact through project

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in high-value building materials.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries by phone, live chat, email, and text.
• Clearly communicate product value and WoodPlank positioning.
• Manage customer objections with confidence, product knowledge, and persuasive communication.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up tasks, and a strong pipeline.
• Work with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the full sales process.
