Just Sales Jobs is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to sell interior wood panelling, exterior siding, home decor, decking and flooring to homeowners and pros in the US. The role is inside sales via phone, live chat, email and SMS with 100% warm inbound leads generated by our e‑commerce platform.

The position offers a base salary of $55,000–$65,000 CAD, plus quarterly performance bonuses. Year 1 OTE: $75,000–$85,000 CAD; Year 2 OTE: $75,000–$90,000 CAD. Hybrid work in Concord, ON.

Formación

• 2–5 years of B2C and/or B2B inside sales experience with closing responsibility.
• University or college degree required.
• CRM experience required; HubSpot preferred; Salesforce acceptable.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Gmail and live-chat tools is an asset.
• English proficiency mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls, emails, live chat and SMS from warm leads.
• Convert inquiries into closed sales through consultative discussions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in HubSpot and coordinate orders in Shopify.
• Meet quarterly targets for revenue, deals and margin.
