Job summary

Willson International is seeking an Import Analyst to clear international truck freight imports into Canada. You will liaise with Canada Customs, clients and carriers to ensure timely entry and use multiple programs to input data.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a customs brokerage environment, excellent MS Office and database skills, and superb verbal/written communication. Remote work from anywhere in Canada is supported, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have customs clearance experience in ground shipments.
• High School Diploma is required.
• 2–5 years in a customs brokerage environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic database skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• CCS designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Canada Customs, clients and carriers to clear truck freight imports.
• Enter required information into our databases using multiple programs.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
