Quantum Management Services Ltd. is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to support employment-based immigration matters. This remote role in Canada requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and client communications.

The position offers an hourly range of $35-$50, negotiable based on experience, on a 3-month contract with potential extension. Remote work setup and collaboration with skilled attorneys are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a paralegal, legal support, or immigration-related role preferred.
• Experience with employment-based immigration matters, particularly PERM, I-140, EB-1C, and RFE responses, is highly desirable.
• Strong legal writing, drafting, editing, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support employment-based immigration filings, including PERM applications, I-140 petitions, and EB-1C petitions.
• Draft and prepare RFEs, including reviewing and organizing supporting documentation.
• Manage multiple immigration cases, track case progress, monitor deadlines, and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Maintain accurate case histories, electronic files, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients regarding documentation requirements, case updates, and outstanding items.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of immigration filings.
