Qualifications

• Licensed practitioner with Ontario/Canada-wide eligibility and good standing.
• Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures.
• Ability to advise and represent clients independently.

Responsabilités

• Advise and represent clients on immigration matters, including work permits, study permits, permanent residence, family sponsorship, and business immigration
• Review, approve, and file applications
• Bring your expertise to how immigration services are delivered on BorderPass
