Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IAM roles.
• Hands-on expertise in Okta, Auth0, and/or Azure AD.
• Strong working knowledge of identity standards and protocols.
• Familiar with NIST Digital Identity Guidelines and IAM best practices.
• Proven experience in access governance and lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex identity topics.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• At least one IAM certification and one security certification required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Okta, ensuring secure synchronization.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance IAM solutions.
• Integrate identity platforms with enterprise systems.
• Develop scalable IAM processes and automation strategies.
• Provide Tier 2/3 incident support and perform root cause analyses.
