Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of identity services and modern authentication/authorization protocols.
• Security-by-design principles should be embedded in engineering practices.
• Experience with automation and secure CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with AI tooling in solution development is a plus.
• Ability to lead and develop engineering capability within a chapter.

Responsibilities

• Chapter Leadership: Lead the chapter and develop engineers, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance across identity services and modern engineering practices.
• Engineering Practices and DevSecOps: Set standards, embed security, and ensure robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Automation and Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and sponsor automation improvements.
• AI-Enabled Engineering: Apply AI tooling in design, development, testing, and operations.
• Strategic Delivery and Collaboration: Own initiatives and coordinate across teams in multiple locations.
