Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an IAM Analyst for AI training to analyze IAM/SSO configurations, identify risk, and guide secure access designs in real environments.

You will craft realistic identity scenarios for training frontier AI systems, evaluate zero-trust decisions, and provide expert feedback to improve AI understanding of identity risk. This is a remote, hourly contract role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IAM/SSO experience.
• Solid understanding of RBAC and least-privilege.
• Familiar with identity failures and attacker techniques.
• Strong written communication and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and risk patterns.
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failure modes.
• Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for correctness and security posture.
• Generate realistic identity security scenarios to train frontier AI systems.
• Provide structured feedback to help AI learn how IAM risk emerges and propagates.
