Job summary

Alignerr Corp. seeks an experienced Governance, Risk & Compliance analyst to train AI systems to reason about security policies, controls, and risk. This remote, hourly contract role offers flexible hours and a global scope, with workload ranging between 10 and 40 hours per week.

You will review policies, evaluate frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST, and contribute to data generation and evaluation. Independent work is expected with strong written communication.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security.
  • Familiar with one or more major frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, or similar.
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, control frameworks, and audit reports.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written communication and analytical reasoning skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
