Job summary

Copeland is hiring a Field Service Specialist to support Retail Solutions HVACR products, services, and commissioning at new installations, retrofits, and existing sites. The role is remote with up to 70% travel and preference for Eastern Ontario, Quebec, the Maritimes, and British Columbia.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent working experience.
• 2+ years of experience with HVAC controls or building automation systems including commissioning and start up.
• Strong computer skills and ability to communicate technically with customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control problems.
• Communicate with customers on arrival and departure to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in loading and commissioning of system and network controllers and create as-built drawings.
