Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for field-based work in Brampton, Ontario. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, servicing furnaces and air conditioners, and ensuring safety practices are followed.

A reliable vehicle and own HVAC tools are required. Applicants should have at least 3 years of residential HVAC experience, the ability to work independently, and strong communication with customers and the dispatch team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of paid HVAC field experience.
• Able to diagnose and complete service work independently.
• Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems.
• Understand safe work practices and approved qualifications.
• Communicate professionally with customers and operations team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing heating and cooling system issues.
• Performing HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, ventilation systems, and other residential HVAC equipment.
• Identifying failed components and recommending repairs.
• Documenting completed work and updates via mobile app.
