CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support HRIS, compensation, payroll, and data reporting. This remote role reports to the Director of HRIS and Strategic Projects and collaborates with stakeholders across a multinational organization.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years HR experience, advanced Excel skills, and ADP Workforce Now experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4+ years HR experience
• Experience in a multinational or globally focused organization preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong HRIS administration and employee data management skills
• Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation
• Ability to manage recurring processes, competing priorities, and deadlines independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ADP Workforce Now payroll experience is a plus

Mansioni

• Manage ongoing HRIS data audits and maintain accurate employee, compensation, payroll data
• Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reporting and analysis
• Support compensation programs including salary administration and annual processes
• Support administration of sales incentive programs and reporting
• Serve as an approachable resource for HR systems, payroll, compensation queries
• Handle payroll and compensation information with high accuracy and confidentiality
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures and calendars
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records and org changes
• Support payroll and benefits during high-volume periods
