Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience (consulting or in-house).
• Holds a CPHR designation.
• Experience in a client-facing role is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR consulting engagements across HR foundations, compliance, employee relations, performance management and HR strategy.
• Progress clients through HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and expert execution of deliverables.
• Develop documentation such as handbooks and policies to support clients and their employees.
• Review client policies for compliance with federal/provincial law and HR best practices.
• Build trusted relationships and provide timely, professional advice in sensitive situations.
