Curbridge is seeking an HR Consultant to manage a diverse client book for Curbridge and Directors Desk HR services, delivering strategic HR guidance and hands-on support.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, documentation, and playbook development, with a flexible remote work setup and entrepreneurial environment. A minimum of 3 years in HR and a CPHR designation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience (consulting or in-house).
• Holds a CPHR designation.
• Experience in a client-facing role is an asset.
• Experience in consulting is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals: employment standards, compliance, employee relations, and talent management.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple client projects.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity in a small-business environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and build a book of business across Curbridge and Directors Desk HR service streams.
• Lead HR projects, advise clients on complex HR issues, and build trusted relationships.
• Document processes, create playbooks, and shape foundational HR frameworks.
• Lead HR consulting engagements across HR foundations, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.
• Review client policies and programs for compliance with federal/provincial law and HR best practices.
• Guide clients through organizational change and provide timely, professional advice.
