Job summary

Aramark Canada is seeking a Human Resources Manager (Temporary) to provide HR leadership and support for remote operations across Western Canada. You will collaborate with operational leaders to advance employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance.

The role includes managing labour relations, multi-site staffing, onboarding, and HR analytics while traveling to remote sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong employee and labour relations experience, including investigations and unionized environments.
• Experience supporting multi-site, hospitality, remote workforce, camp, resource, or operational environments is preferred.
• CPHR designation (or progress toward) is an asset.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to leaders and employees.
• Guide employee relations matters, investigations, discipline, and policy interpretation.
• Support labour relations activities, including grievances and union-management relationships.
• Coach leaders on performance management and corrective action.
• Support onboarding, staffing plans, redeployment, and mobility.
• Provide HR reporting and workforce insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial employment legislation.
