Job summary

Centricity Research is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to elevate the employee experience and scale People processes across Canada and the U.S. You will partner with the Director of People Operations to support onboarding, benefits, compliance, and HR analytics in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

This fully remote role requires residency within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to support collaboration, with occasional in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources or People Operations experience.
• Experience supporting employees across the full lifecycle (onboarding, HR administration, benefits, employee relations, compliance).
• Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment practices or willingness to expand into both regions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and employees across Canada and the U.S. to deliver an exceptional employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and employment practices while escalating complex matters.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HRIS administration, benefits administration, leave management, and compliance activities.
