Job summary

CRMR is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition across its mountain resort properties. This remote Calgary-based contract role will identify, attract, and secure top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

You will screen resumes, interview candidates, extend offers, coordinate onboarding, perform reference checks, and develop sourcing strategies to build pipelines across CRMR properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality industry required.
• Knowledge of Banff and Lake Louise labour market conditions is a plus.
• Hospitality degree/diploma is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Screen applicant resumes and conduct interviews to assess fit.
• Provide status updates to candidates and respond promptly.
• Collaborate with leadership on role criticality and interview process.
