Job summary

CRMR is hiring for a kitchen role at our Canadian Rocky Mountain properties. Follow recipes, prep, and maintain sanitation while delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced alpine setting.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Prior kitchen experience is preferred; culinary education is an asset. Substantial perks include staff meals, accommodation, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial kitchens; internships welcome.
• Culinary education is an asset.
• Demonstrated efficiency and attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities.
• Food safety awareness and ability to stand long periods.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines.
• Operate cooking equipment (grills, fryers, ovens).
• Maintain a clean workstation and kitchen areas.
• Comply with sanitation, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Communicate order changes, shortages or concerns promptly.
• Assist with prep work during slower periods.
• Adhere to grooming standards and kitchen uniform policies.
• Work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional duties as assigned.
