Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts (CRMR) is a family-owned hospitality group operating iconic mountain properties across the Canadian Rockies, including Buffalo Mountain Lodge in Banff, Deer Lodge and Post Hotel & Spa in Lake Louise, and Emerald Lake Lodge in Yoho National Park. We are dedicated to delivering world-class dining and service in breathtaking landscapes.

As a kitchen team member, you will follow recipes and presentation guidelines, operate grills, fryers and ovens, keep work areas

Qualifications

• Commercial kitchen experience, culinary internship students considered.
• Culinary education is an asset.
• Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail
• Professional team player with problem solving abilities.
• Food safety aware with ability to stand for long periods.
• Available to work variable hours, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines.
• Operate cooking equipment including grills, fryers, ovens.
• Maintain clean workstation, equipment and kitchen areas.
• Comply with all sanitation, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Communicate order changes, shortages or concerns promptly.
• Assist with prep work during slower periods.
• Adhere to grooming standards and kitchen uniform policies.
• Work positively in fast-paced environment
• Additional duties as assigned.
