Job summary

BlueRock Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end strategy and operations across research, process development, and clinical manufacturing. You will partner with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure compliant, scalable supply of materials and services for clinical programs.

You will build integrated planning, sourcing, and logistics capabilities, oversee teams of buyers and planners, and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced biotechnology

Qualifications

• BS/MS or PhD in a business or scientific field with 12+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain management or project leadership experience.
• Experience with shipments requiring cold chain constraints and warehousing.
• Experience in a GxP pharmaceutical/biotech environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated supply planning aligning demand with capacity and sourcing.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and execution.
• Lead capacity planning and scenario modeling for program prioritization.
• Develop sourcing strategies for critical materials and outsourced manufacturing.
• Build partnerships with key suppliers to support timelines and objectives.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for supply and quality across materials and services.
• Support supplier qualification, audits, and regulatory documentation.
• Oversee compliant movement of clinical materials and products across networks.
