Job summary

Reach Digital is an AI-first performance marketing agency helping eCommerce and digital product brands scale through creative, paid media, and landing pages. We are a fully remote team of creatives, editors, and growth strategists.

We care about the work and being the best at what we do. The Creative Strategist will own the creative end-to-end, research ad angles, write hooks, and build briefs for editors, collaborating directly with brand partners and growth/design teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and content that converts.
• Ability to brainstorm ad angles and bring concepts to life.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance, brainstorm ad angles and hook variations, and write new briefs weekly for the editing team.
• Own the creative strategy for brand partners with a living strategy document tracking angles and tests.
• Stay current on platform trends, winning ad formats and policy changes, translating them into testable concepts.
• Manage 3–5 brand partners at a time, deep-diving into their creative and building winning ads.
