Blacksmith Agency is a remote-friendly AI-first digital agency looking for an Account Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will drive targeting, budgets, the roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize for ROAS, and deliver 90-day and quarterly roadmaps while building long-term relationships through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvement track record.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for clients.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
