Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in public-sector or consulting environments.
• Strong knowledge of First Nations consultation and engagement in British Columbia.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, document, and report on engagement activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop consultation plans and engage with First Nations partners.
• Coordinate with client leads to align with processes and expectations.
• Document outcomes and follow-up actions, maintain records.
• Provide practical advice on engagement risk and approaches.
