Qualifications

• Undergrad or grad degree in a science-based discipline such as Environmental Science, Ecology, Geography, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in project coordination, preferably in environmental consulting.
• Knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial/territorial legislation related to impact assessment, permitting, and consultation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Assist the Project Manager with status reports, financial tracking, milestones, and risk identification.
• Coordinate field work planning, travel, and health and safety requirements.
• Ensure QA and document control compliance across internal and client standards.
• Foster clear communication with clients, discipline teams, and regulatory agencies.
