Job summary
AOT Technologies is recruiting a Client Solutions Lead to grow our financial services vertical in Canada, with expansion into the U.S. You will own revenue growth, executive relationships, and delivery excellence across banks, credit unions, insurers, fintechs, and capital markets clients.
You will build and lead a go-to-market team of solution architects and experts, translating regulatory needs into scalable cloud, automation, AI, and modernisation initiatives for enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in consulting, enterprise technology, or digital transformation within financial services.
- Proven success leading technology engagements and expanding client relationships.
- Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory and risk environments (OSFI, PIPEDA, FINTRAC, PCI-DSS).
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial services vertical at AOT, owning revenue growth and delivery excellence across Canada with U.S. expansion.
- Build and guide solution direction while ensuring measurable business impact.
- Lead a go-to-market team of financial services-focused solution architects and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, product, and proposals teams on consultative sales cycles.
- Translate regulatory and risk requirements into practical digital transformation initiatives.
