Job summary

Fireblocks, a leader in digital asset security, seeks a Solution Architect to own the end-to-end delivery of complex deployments for Banks and Financial Institutions. You will define API integrations, security architectures, and reference patterns while guiding production deployments and ensuring excellence in delivery.

You will also contribute to pre-sales cycles through technical discovery and design, mentoring engineers, and setting architectural standards across AMER.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant post-sale implementation experience in enterprise/financial services.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies (one or both is a strong advantage).
• Software development experience and a hands-on technical mindset.
• Deep understanding of IT security and proven cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring of engineers/architects.
• Pre-sales exposure (solution architecture or sales engineering) is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Fireblocks implementations for major banks and institutions.
• Define enterprise customer setup including API integrations and security architecture.
• Lead complex integrations across banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule to production.
• Create reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER.
• Bridge Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve integration challenges.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.
• Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.
