Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management experience, fintech or high-scale digital products preferred.
• Ability to define success metrics and interpret analytics.
• Fluent in Agile/Scrum with engineering collaboration.
• Autonomous, proactive and accountable for features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end feature delivery from backlog to release.
• Lead squad delivery with Engineering and define user stories.
• Define KPIs and use data and user feedback to improve.
• Manage stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Support.
