Job summary

Altis Technology, a North Vancouver-based organization, seeks a Finance Operations Specialist to support the North American Sports Marketing team. You will manage purchasing, payments, budgets and forecasting to ensure athletes and partners are paid accurately and on time.

Remote work with four mandatory on-site events per year; 32 hours/week; contract through December 31, 2027; background check required. You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Accounts Payable to resolve

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial operations, AP, or finance administration.
• Ability to manage purchasing, payments, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting independently.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Uptempo, and Kofax is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing and payment processes, including POs, invoices, approvals, reimbursements and vendor onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records and track commitments against budgets.
• Lead budget forecasting and provide quarterly expenditure reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Develop workflows, reporting tools and financial models to improve visibility.
• Support athletes, partners and internal stakeholders with financial inquiries and issue resolution.
