Job summary

Panasonic Canada Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support Windsor and surrounding areas. The role involves on-site service for point of sale products, security and wireless systems, plus preventive maintenance.

You will travel to customer sites, diagnose issues, perform software updates, and train customers on basic operation and safety. Ideal candidates have a technical college diploma and 1–2 years of field service experience, with A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related technical service, field service, or customer support experience.
• A+ and Network+ certifications preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues; identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical equipment and software issues.
• Support investigation and resolution of routine, non-routine, and complex problems with team collaboration.
