Job summary

3Si in Canada is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, maintain, service, and train customers on our security products in financial branches, retail stores, and ATMs. You will cover Alberta and Saskatchewan with about 40% travel.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in Electronics, 2 years field service experience, and hands-on knowledge of IP CCTV systems. A valid driver's license and background check are required. Base Calgary, AB with Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relative experience in a field service role.
• Experience with digital CCTV systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies 3Si’s safety requirements.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, banks, and retail staff in a professional manner.
• Install, maintain, service, and upgrade all products safely.
• Provide support for Sales and Customer Operations teams.
