Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, offers a fully remote Field Service Representative role focused on installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation in hospital and laboratory settings across Canada. The position reports to the Canada Central District Manager and requires up to 60% travel, including potential US trips.

A technical diploma in Biomedical Engineering Technology or Electronics EngTech is required, with hematology experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or higher in Biomedical Engineering Technology or Electronics Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relatable field service experience preferred.
• Experience using Hematology instrumentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently service and troubleshoot diagnostic instrumentation at hospital and lab sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, validation, and documentation.
• Travel within district and potentially to the United States; build customer relationships and provide technical training when needed.
