Job summary

Axya is building AI-powered procurement tech that connects manufacturers with suppliers and automates source-to-pay processes. As Integration Lead you will own architecture, strategy, and hands‑on delivery of ERP integrations across multiple stacks and deployment models, mentoring a small team of engineers and ensuring reliable live connections.

You will design and implement canonical data mappings, APIs, and ingestion pipelines while collaborating with customers and product leadership to scale

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in system integrations, backend/platform engineering, or technical implementation, including leading projects or mentoring engineers.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating a team — as a people manager or a technical/project lead.
• Strong hands‑on coding ability in Python (Django) and C#/.NET with willingness to operate in both.
• Deep experience integrating ERP systems in production (e.g. SAP, Infor, NetSuite, Dynamics, Epicor).
• Solid SQL and relational data modeling; data mapping/ETL and reconciliation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration strategy, architecture, and roadmap across ERP portfolio and integration patterns.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations hands‑on across Python/Django and .NET/C# stacks.
• Own the canonical mapping layer for ERP purchase orders and confirmations across systems.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of integration engineers; set testing and validation standards.
• Serve as escalation point for critical integration incidents and live production debugging.
• Own onboarding improvements to speed up new ERP live deployments; improve simulators and documentation.
• Harden reliability with queues, idempotency, reconciliation, monitoring, and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with customers, product, and engineering leadership to translate real-world requirements into scalable solutions.
• Own testing/validation standards for integrations before production deployment.
• Contribute to scalability, security, and long-term architecture of the integration platform.
