Job summary

MaintainX, acquired by Autodesk, seeks an Integrations Consultant to lead client integration projects and deliver end-to-end solutions using TypeScript/NodeJS/React and MySQL. You will work across Integration, Engineering and Product teams to translate customer requirements and ensure successful deployments.

You’ll guide customers through design, implementation, and optimization of integrations, while maintaining strong relationships and delivering measurable outcomes in English-speaking markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical consulting across solutions architecture, sales engineering, product management, or software development.
• Ability to organize and consolidate customer data from multiple sources.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript), APIs, and data transformation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects from initiation to completion, meeting timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Assess client systems and requirements to design effective integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during the integration process.
• Provide expert integration advice on Open REST APIs usage.
• Create and present detailed integration plans for stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary client contact during projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service.
• Train client personnel on how to use integrated systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize customer needs.
• Work with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Devs to translate requirements.
• Engage third-party integrators to manage projects.
