Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score each exchange, and explain what’s off in writing. Work remotely with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and capable of clear, concise explanations. This is a freelance 1099 opportunity with compensation based on project requirements and expertise.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide between flawed options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text or audio mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing findings.
• Complete tasks remotely on your own schedule.
