  • Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization of subject lines, creative, calls to action, landing-page alignment, send timing, workflow logic, and customer journeys.
  • Own email platform health and optimization, including deliverability, database hygiene, consent management, automation governance, and scalable campaign operations.
  • Partner with Digital, Data, and Operations teams to optimize marketing technology integrations, automation workflows, and email platform capabilities to improve efficiency, scalability, and campaign performance.

  • Strong understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, funnel progression, campaign attribution, and how email supports MQL, SQL, opportunity, and pipeline outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing HubSpot (preferred) or similar marketing automation platforms, including workflows, segmentation, nurture programs, reporting, and CRM integrations.
