Qualifications

• At least 8 years in consulting, manufacturing or industrial environments with EHS knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting and travel as needed.
• Experience leading delivery of projects, planning, controls, and contracts.
• Strong writing and communication skills, and ability to present at conferences and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS and due diligence practice with a focus on business development and staff growth.
• Perform EHS audits across Canada and the United States.
• Lead multi-site due diligence projects including contamination, compliance, and sustainability.
• Review regulations and develop client strategies; mentor internal teams.
• Prepare technical reports, letters, plans and proposals.
• Provide project management and training on environmental compliance and sustainability.
• Support Geosyntec marketing and client development.
• Fieldwork up to 30%; overnight travel up to 30%.
