Codebalance Solutions Inc. is a Canada-based training provider delivering a Data Analytics & BI bootcamp, equipping professionals with SQL, Azure, Databricks and Power BI.

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will drive bootcamp enrollments across Canada, build brand awareness, and support growth of upskilling programs in both corporate and individual learner markets, leveraging CRM, digital channels, and engaging presentations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales, BD, or growth marketing, ideally in EdTech or tech services.
• Proven record of meeting enrollment or revenue targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and drive enrollments through sales activities.
• Nurture relationships with prospective learners, colleges, and employers.
• Conduct online or in-person info sessions and demos detailing value and outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan campaigns across email, social and paid channels.
• Manage top of funnel: respond to inquiries, qualify leads, CRM maintenance.
• Create sales collateral tailored to audience segments.
• Report insights on lead sources, conversion, and campaign performance.
• Stay informed on data analytics training market and trends.
