Job summary

ATB Financial in Canada seeks a Digital Technical Delivery Lead to guide delivery teams across planning, design and development within the Digital Program. You will collaborate with internal staff and a 3rd party partner to advance DevOps practices and ensure technical feasibility aligns with business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and communication skills, with a focus on modern tooling, automated testing, and secure, scalable solutions across vendor and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive software engineering experience, with emphasis on financial services.
• Experience with API integrations, security best practices, and middleware.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace is a plus.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to align technical work with business goals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical designs and align with solution designs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including internal staff and external partners.
• Assess current DevOps practices and implement modern tooling with automation and security.
• Coordinate delivery across vendor and internal squads and apply standardized CI/CD pipelines.
