Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery/Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced product environment. You will align planning, prioritization, capacity, dependencies, risks, and day-to-day delivery coordination to drive initiatives to completion.

You will work closely with Team Leads and stakeholders, remove blockers, and help evolve delivery practices based on real team and business needs in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar in a product environment.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple teams or cross-functional projects.
• Experience in fast-paced settings with shifting priorities.
• Strong planning, prioritization, scope, capacity, risk, and dependency management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana or similar tools.
• Ability to illustrate tangible delivery/process improvements you initiated.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders from planning to completion.
• Support planning, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional projects.
• Track dependencies, blockers, risks, scope, and capacity; resolve delivery issues.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and stakeholders to set priorities, timelines, and expectations.
• Facilitate cross-team communication and align priorities to resolve delivery challenges.
• Monitor progress and maintain visibility of status and risks for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery workflows based on feedback and business context.
• Drive improvements to delivery processes and adoption across the team.
• Take ownership of delivery outcomes and ensure alignment with business goals.
