Job summary

ClearDATA is seeking a Deal Desk Contracts Administrator to support our Sales and Professional Services teams. You will move managed-services, cloud-reseller, and professional-services opportunities from approved pricing through contracts, SOWs, signature, and internal handoff. This role administers the commercial and documentation process; it does not manage project delivery.

The role is remote and is for anyone who can work remotely in the US or Canada.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1–3 years in sales ops, deal desk, contracts or similar coordination.
• Experience preparing quotes, contracts, SOWs, or change orders.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM and MS Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal-desk intake, track requests, owners, actions, and target dates.
• Prepare quotes and documents with approved pricing and templates.
• Coordinate SOW development with Sales, tech, and Professional Services.
• Capture scope, milestones, pricing, and responsibilities in SOWs.
• Review SOWs for completeness and alignment before signature.
• Draft and update orders, amendments, renewals, and change orders.
• Route nonstandard pricing and contract language to Finance/Legal.
• Track redlines, versions, and electronic signatures to keep deals moving.
• Maintain organized deal files and CRM records in Salesforce.
• Audit closed-won documents for onboarding and handoff.
