Jobgether is seeking a Lead Instructor: Cybersecurity based in Canada to deliver live virtual lectures to large online cohorts, explain complex topics clearly, and foster inclusive learning environments.

You will collaborate with program teams, contribute to curriculum improvements, and support UK and US programs starting January 2027, with sessions scheduled on Mon/Wed/Fri evenings. This remote role emphasizes teaching, communication, and virtual classroom leadership.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of professional cybersecurity experience.
• A technical degree is required.
• CompTIA Security+ or CISM.
• Previous remote teaching or training experience preferred.
• Ability to teach foundational cybersecurity concepts to learners with varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead live virtual learning sessions for large cohorts (200 to 8,000 learners).
• Teach cybersecurity concepts with clear, practical examples.
• Manage Q&A, monitor chat, and maintain engagement.
• Coordinate with program operations to meet teaching schedules.
• Contribute to curriculum design and course improvements.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance instructional quality.
• Support weekday and weekend sessions as needed.
