Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Cybersecurity Defense Analyst (AI Training) to review and stress-test AI-generated security content. You will evaluate threat analyses, incident response plans, and hardening guides for real-world applicability while spotting dangerous errors and outdated practices.

We value hands-on cybersecurity experience across defense domains and excellent written communication. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and potential for ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity defense across networks, endpoints, or cloud.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and kill chain methodologies.
• Ability to critically evaluate security recommendations and spot risky guidance.
• Strong written communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and self-motivated for async work.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated cybersecurity content for accuracy and real‑world applicability.
• Identify dangerous errors, outdated practices, misconfigurations, and misleading guidance in AI outputs.
• Evaluate whether AI-generated incident response plans and hardening guides would work in production.
• Craft realistic cybersecurity scenarios and prompts to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Provide structured feedback on technical accuracy, completeness, and safety of guidance.
• Assess code snippets, scripts, and tool configurations for correctness and best practices.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
