Job summary

You will work asynchronously on tasks, contribute to evaluation frameworks, and stay updated on evolving AI threat landscapes. This role offers flexible scheduling and ongoing contract potential.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts — threat modeling, attack vectors, or penetration testing.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, large language models (LLMs), or prompt engineering.
• Creative and analytical — you love breaking things methodically to make them more robust.

Responsibilities

• Conduct red-teaming exercises to uncover security weaknesses and failure modes in AI systems.
• Design and execute adversarial prompts, jailbreak attempts, and edge-case scenarios to test model guardrails.
• Evaluate AI outputs for safety, bias, harmful content, and policy compliance.
• Document vulnerabilities, unexpected behaviors, and exploits in clear, structured reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to recommend practical mitigations.
• Stay sharp on emerging AI security threats, attack techniques, and evolving best practices.
• Help define and refine security evaluation frameworks and testing protocols.
