In this role, you will handle inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide quality products and services.

We offer a wide range of projects with schedules that vary by site and program, aiming to find suitable options for everyone. This entry-level position includes paid on-the-job training. Prior contact center experience is not required, but experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

What does a Work at Home Contact Center Representative do?

This role involves supporting customer service, technical support, and sales interactions. You will engage with hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve issues, promote products, and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is confident, engaged, team-oriented, and positive.

Responsibilities include:
